For the better part of the last few months, AT&T’s lineup has been flooded with an array of top-shelf smartphones such as the Nokia Lumia 900HTC One X,Samsung Galaxy S III, and Sony Xperia ion. HTC Desire C Review

Introduction:

HTC is a company which is almost completely focused on producing high-tier smartphones, but from time to time, it's releasing a little something for the budget market as well. The HTC Tattoo was the first phone to bring some HTC to the low-end segment, then there were the Wildfire and Wildfire S, which managed to combine an affordable price and HTC's high quality. These were all okay phones, but they were all plagued by the same problem – they weren't powerful enough to deliver a satisfying user experience.

Jeans made with transparent pockets save you the trouble of pulling out your phone

All handset owners have had to live through the scenario where they need to access their phone to get a quick look at the time or check the score of that big game. And if you're watching something that changes often like an NBA game or the stock market, it means continuously reaching for the phone.

According to the Google Play listing for the Galaxy Nexus, the device will soon be “the first phone with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.” Folks in the U.S. can check it out for themselves right now, where there’s also a picture of the device along with a new glassy Google Search bar. Nokia 808 PureView coming to U.S. Soon.

Teasers from Nokia can mean just one thing: Nokia 808 PureView coming to the U.S.

When Nokia started teasing that something was coming on Monday by drawing our attention to Monday's date in front of a picture of the Hawaiian Islands, well it certainly looked like an announcement about a mapping application was coming. But as one of our loyal readers pointed out, the area code for Hawaii is 808. Hmm. Then, when Nokia teased Monday's date in front of an album cover from a group called the 808 band, well you don't have to drop a piano on our head for us to get the message: on Monday Nokia will announce a U.S. variant of the Nokia 808 PureView smartphone. Originally, the Finnish based manufacturer said that because of the lack of support for Symbian Belle, the device would not be launched in the States. Another clue released by Nokia is Monday's date teased in front of a music-related device called the Roland T-808. Convinced now?
